About Andrew

Andrew knows what it is like to struggle with the daily challenges of running a business – and how to fix them with EOS^®.

Andrew is a lifelong entrepreneur with experience earned by building a company from scratch. He started Wisteria, a national home décor company in 2000, growing it from zero revenue and no employees to thirty million in revenues and over 150 employees. The explosive growth coupled with a rapidly changing marketplace led to many ups and downs. Andrew “hit the ceiling” in 2015 when what worked before was no longer working. That’s when he was introduced to EOS. Implementing this proven system allowed Andrew to get his company healthy and back on track. After being approached by a private equity group in 2018, Andrew sold his company. He is now able to combine his passion for helping people and working with entrepreneurs as a Professional EOS Implementer. In addition to running his own company, Andrew has worked in management consulting, teaching and non-profit management.

After selling his business, his positive experience with EOS^® led him to the next chapter in his career — introducing fellow entrepreneurs to the same tools he used so they can get everything they want from their businesses. When he is not inside an office, he enjoys spending time with his wife Shannon and family. If there is any time left over, you can find him working in the yard, beekeeping, reading or exercising.

Ten Things to Know About Me:

My goal is to work myself out of a job. I want to teach you the tools of EOS^®, see that you are using them correctly and then get out of your way.
I don’t want to solve your problems… I want you and your leadership team to! Most of the time, the answers are already in the room but the team just needs the tools, processes and encouragement to solve them.
I am not an expert in your industry nor am I a consultant. While I love learning about new businesses, my job is a Teacher, Facilitator and Coach. I want to teach you how to use the EOS^® tools, facilitate sessions to ensure you are getting the most out of EOS^® and coach you in areas where you may have blindspots.
Running any entrepreneurial business is hard. My goal is that you are fulfilled Iin your professional life and that it carries over to a healthy personal life. I want you to live the life you dream of and to reap the rewards of your hard work.
I love working with entrepreneurs. I’ve been in your shoes and I know the terrible feeling of having more problems than solutions. I also know the joy of finally solving those problems and be able to once again spend time on what you love. EOS^® made a big difference in my life and I want to help other entrepreneurs experience that as well.
I enter the danger. My job is to help you identify, discuss and solve the big issues that need to be addressed before you can move forward. If there is an elephant in the room, my job is to call it out and make it go away forever.
EOS^® is simple, but not easy. It works but it requires that you follow the system, without trying to reinvent the wheel. To paraphrase Ray Kinsella in “A Field of Dreams who said, “If you build it, they will come..”… “If you follow EOS^®, it will work.”
If you were like me, you may think “If I just work harder, I’ll finally get things fixed. I just need one more good hire or new idea.” I often found, though, that the harder I worked, the more work there was that needed to be done. I fully believe in the adage, “Work smarter, not harder.” EOS^® is working smarter so you don’t have to work harder.
You only pay me if you get value. I don’t ask for up-front fees, contracts or long-term commitments. At the end of our session, if you gained value, you hand me a check. If you don’t feel that you gained value from our session, don’t pay me.
I am always available to you and your team. My #1 goal is to see you succeed and I will do everything I can to make sure that happens.
