Complimentary 90-Minute Meeting. The 90-Minute Meeting introduces your leadership team to EOS®. I provide an overview of the exact tools used with clients., getting everyone on the same page to decide if you want to use the system and tools to strengthen your company. If you decide the process is a fit for you and your organization, we will move forward with a Focus Day®.
The Focus Day™
A day to give your leadership team tools to clarify who’s responsible for what, set priorities, improve communication, resolve issues and track critical numbers. During the Focus day, I take you through a discovery exercise to customize your Accountability Chart of roles and responsibilities.
Vision Building™ Day 1.
Another day with your leadership team that starts by reviewing and sharpening the Focus Day tools. You will then begin to use the Vision/Traction Organizer™ (V/TO) tool to clarify your vision, starting with who you are, why you exist, what you do and where you are going. It clarifies your vision so that it can be shared by all in the organization. You will also get a great tool for reviewing your people. Your team again uses the tools for the next 30 days to experience more improvement. This is a spaced-learning approach which has proven to be most effective for quickly gaining proficiency with the tools. After 30 days, we have our second Vision Building Day.
Vision Building™ Day 2.
Another day with your leadership team to master the Focus Day™ tools and continue using the V/TO™ tool to complete your vision, clarify your Marketing Strategy, 3-Year Picture™, 1-Year Plan, priorities for the next 90 days and we build your Issues List. With your leaders now focused and all on the same page, you’ll use the tools for the next 90 days to execute your plan, experience more improvement and begin the process of rolling out EOS® to the rest of the organization.
Quarterly Sessions. A day with your leadership team every 90 days to evaluate performance, refocus, set priorities for the next 90 days and resolve any issues that might impede progress. Your team experiences measurable growth and improvement every 90 days. We have a specific agenda where we go into “traction mode” to be sure progress is always being made. We do that by reviewing the last quarter’s results (past) and then quickly focusing most of the day going forward. Here, we all get clear on the vision and the best way forward for the next 90 days. It’s also where we resolve key issues that are critical to making continued progress and driving results. Additional tools are taught each quarter until all of our 20 tools in our toolbox are delivered. Once a year, we hold an annual two day session that allows us to do a deep dive into key issues and to set the plan for the following year.
We spend two supercharged days with you and your leadership team each year to do a deep dive on resolving key issues, update your vision and plan for the next year and next quarter. It’s also where we devote some additional time to team health.
We repeat the quarterly and annual sessions until you are strong in all 6 Key Components and empowered to run EOS® efficiently on your own. At that point, you will “graduate” and YOU will be ready to drive results and build a business that is healthy, focused and achieving your vision.
